Chip has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been consistently ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the country. His expertise is broad-based, with a strong foundation in real estate sales, extensive experience in recruitment and management of highly successful brokers and sales teams, and exemplary leadership abilities which have enabled him to quickly achieve phenomenal success at Poli Mortgage Group, Inc.

Committed to providing financial services that were second to none in the mortgage industry, Chip founded Poli Mortgage Group, Inc. in 2001. From the beginning, Chip’s vision of success for the company hinged on his ability to put together a team of adept and knowledgeable professionals, who would work cohesively, take great pride in their efforts, exemplify honesty and trustworthiness, and go the extra mile for their clients.

Chris began working at Poli Mortgage Group in 2008, shortly after graduating from Brown University. While simultaneously pursuing a career as a professional hockey player, Chris learned the business as a loan originator. In 2010 he decided to give up his “dream” of playing pro hockey and committed himself fully to his career in the mortgage industry. Very quickly Chris experienced a high level of success in sales and was promoted to Vice President of Poli Mortgage Group in February of 2013. Focusing mainly on loan origination at first, Chris rapidly immersed himself in a variety of company initiatives. His participation in programs such as our Sales Leadership Committee and multiple web based marketing efforts led to the creation of a new division of Poli Mortgage Group, our Inside Sales Division. Chris launched the new Inside Sales Division in the spring of 2013 and has already played a major role in the Poli’s commitment to our future growth. In addition, Chris works on a daily basis with various department managers overseeing the company’s production platform making sure our commitment to excellence is being met on every loan, by every member of the Poli Mortgage family. Chris currently resides in South Boston.

David’s career in the mortgage industry began over 18 years ago and took the path of specializing on the IT side of the business which he has done for the last 16 years. Prior to fully engaging in the IT arena, David trained in every department in the mortgage business so he would have full and clear understanding of the internal and external industry needs. In 2009 David was hired as our IT Manager and today holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. His firm knowledge of networks, network security, software integration, database management and programming, as well as the mortgage industry requirements has provided the platform for his achievements. David and his team have brought in and launched new technologies and applications that greatly improved process efficiencies which he attributes to proper system management and commitment to succeed. ­
